Text Box: Quick Dry Foods
Text Box: Quick Dry Foods, a member of the J.L. Priestley Food Group, manufactures dehydrated vegetables to the highest quality specifications. Using approximately 30,000 tons of the finest English fresh vegetables, our modern, purpose-built plant in Lincolnshire produces up to 2,000 tons of dry product each year. The finished product is exported to our customers all over the world in addition to our U. K. based clients.
Text Box: "Quality" is the word for all that we do at Quick Dry Foods. Monitoring of the products begins at the growing stage including seeds used, fertilizers and chemicals applied in fields, harvesting, and delivery to our premises. After arriving at our factory, the vegetables are peeled, washed, diced, blanched, and dried in a period of about 8 hours, with each stage closely assessed for quality. The drier is the only one of it's kind in the U. K., using direct-fired air working on natural gas.
Text Box: "Flexibility" is another very important aspect of our service. Our products can be grown to specific customer requirements. Cut sizes can be varied, whilst chemical additives can be incorporated if required. Large inventories of all popular items are available for prompt shipment from both our U. S. and U. K. warehouses, ensuring just-in-time deliveries.

Our pricing structure always proves attractive without sacrificing quality. Efficient management, keen buying, and good staff relations, together with on-going investment in new equipment, ensures we maintain a competitive edge. Quick Dry Foods is backed by the expertise and established reputation of the J. L. Priestley Food Group which, for 25 years, has supplied dehydrated vegetables of all kinds.
