Quick Dry Foods manufactures dehydrated vegetables to the highest quality specifications. Using approximately 30,000 tons of the finest fresh vegetables, the finished dehydrated product is exported to our customers all over the world in addition to our US based clients.

Monitoring of the products begins at the growing stage including seeds used, fertilizers and chemicals applied in fields, harvesting, and delivery to our premises. After arriving at our factory, the vegetables are peeled, washed, diced, blanched, and dried in a period of about 8 hours, with each stage closely assessed for quality.
Flexibility is another very important aspect of our service. Our products can be grown to specific customer requirements. Cut sizes can be varied, whilst chemical additives can be incorporated if required. Large inventories of all popular items are available for prompt shipment from our Waukegan Illinois warehouse facility.
